Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to resolve complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all customer care activities are carried out in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, contractors, and site managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Produce accurate and timely documentation related to customer care, including reports and updates.
  • Take ownership of updating our customer database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the housebuilding or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer care principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
