Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst

**Location:** Scotland-based, with regular visits to our Edinburgh office

**Job Type:** Permanent, Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complaints hearings and driving multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complaints hearings in a professional body or similar organization
  • Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously, balancing workload and prioritizing tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite of programs to support project management and analysis
  • Hold a current UK driving license

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complaints hearings and project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective networks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • UK current driving license

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £36,000-£38,000 per annum
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays
