About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Advanced Analytics and Data Science Units (AA&DSUs) team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying data science opportunities, conducting discovery workshops, and shaping strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify data science opportunities and support the development of project ideas that can be solved with data science.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to better understand their pain points and explore how data science can help.
  • Convert business requirements into solutions and work collaboratively to generate an appropriate solution.
  • Shape strategic direction and help management define scope, identify key stakeholders, and provide recommendations on areas/business problems to work on.
  • Manage a pipeline of data science projects and report on progress, prioritizing projects with the highest strategic alignment and business value.
  • Develop ways of working and share business analyst skills with the wider department, contributing to the development of best practice approaches and assets.
