Senior Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at interAct Consulting Limited. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining and realising fantastic solutions, processes, benefits, and new opportunities to deliver to stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with plentiful experience of working closely with software engineers, data flows, process modelling, and process definition skills. You will also have a deep understanding of Pension regulations, investments, life styling, drawdown, and Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the analysis of complex cross-programme requirements, capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Help build capability and best practice across the BA community within.
  • Lead a growing team of 5 BA's.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Pensions space, including Pension regulations, investments, life styling, drawdown, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
  • Vastly experienced within the Technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • BAX, CPRE, CBAP, or similar certified.
