We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Chef to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a Production Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food to our guests across our 12 stunning hotels in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce food as directed by the Head Chef, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Assist in the implementation of menus, creating new and exciting dishes to delight our guests.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain equipment and standards, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with daily stock replenishment and maintain legislative records, such as the SFBB log and labelling systems.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
About Daish's Holidays:

We are a fast-growing family-run holiday operator, proud of our core values: Clean and Comfortable Accommodation, Good Food, Great Entertainment, and Friendly Service. Our commitment to excellence has earned us numerous awards, including 6 Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Awards for 2023 and a nomination for the 2023 British Travel Awards.

We offer a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour after a 3-month probation period, plus a £50 bonus upon completion of basic training and a referral scheme. Our flexible working hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with a maximum finish time of 8:30 pm. You'll also enjoy a supportive mental wellbeing and financial assistance package, plus an extra paid day off for your birthday.

As a valued member of our team, you'll have access to our 'Take your family on a Daish's holiday scheme' for just £75 per holiday, including 4 nights' accommodation, breakfast, dinner, room, travel, and entertainment.
