About The Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team at The Upper Deck Bar & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our multi-award-winning Head Chef, Jack Bradley, and contribute to our mission to achieve Rosette awards and beyond.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for learning and producing our menu to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and produce our menu to the highest standards

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
