About the Role

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations and Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Central Reservations Office, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert bookings and generate leads to drive revenue growth
  • Manage multiple properties and prioritize workload to ensure efficient operations
  • Liaise with on-property teams to ensure guest requirements are met
  • Identify new leads and contacts, and work with Sales teams to drive engagement and lead generation
  • Respond to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks as needed
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a Sales/Reservations team, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and responding to fast-paced environments
