A forward-thinking and expanding SME lender is on the lookout for a personable and fluent German speaker to become part of their team as a Customer Support Executive. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will manage incoming inquiries and assist customers from the initial conversation through to the loan application process, aiding the business in handling its deal pipeline within the SME lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business owners on a daily basis by responding to inbound calls and addressing their inquiries.
  • Oversee the support and customer service inbox to maintain high service standards.

  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues for existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in German.

  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting via phone and email in both English and German.
