Job Summary
MandM Direct, a leading online retailer, is seeking a talented Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing daily tasks, and leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor departmental KPIs and provide feedback to staff to drive performance improvement.
- Conduct daily briefings, organize tasks, and set targets for the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with absence management, including participation in return-to-work meetings, to maintain a healthy and productive team environment.
- Prepare and complete effective appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs to support staff development.
