Position Overview

We are seeking a Hotel General Manager or a Management Couple to lead the operations of a prestigious 5-star hotel situated in a breathtaking remote location.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will be:

  • Accountable for the overall management of the hotel and its facilities, including the on-site restaurant.
  • Responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of approximately 60 staff members.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to coordinate events and weddings.
  • Ensuring that high standards are maintained and that guest satisfaction is consistently exceeded.
  • Working closely with the Management Company to enhance business performance.
  • Engaging in hands-on management across all areas of the hotel.
Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary package:

  • Hotel General Manager: up to £70,000
  • Management Couple: up to £130,000 combined
