Kitchen Porter

The _**Perle Oban Hotel & Spa**_ is hiring Kitchen Porters to join their team in Oban. This is a permanent, variable hours contract, and you will be working a minimum of 18 hours per week.

This position is based at _The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa, _in _Oban_. Perle Oban is a luxury hotel & spa located in the center of Oban that boasts beautiful views over the harbour. With Oban train station and Oban ferry terminal a stone’s throw away, it is the ideal base for exploring Scotland’s islands and highlands. This historical building built in 1882 is the perfect combination of Victorian charm and modern inspired style.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Washing crockery and utensils as well as making sure our kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned on a daily basis.
- Help the chefs with distribution and organisation, making sure the shelves, cupboards, fridges, and freezers are organised and products rotated to accommodate the expire dates.
- Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
