Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of a domiciliary care service. This will involve managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service that meets individual needs and organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Work in partnership with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement service plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
  • A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be working towards this
  • A driver's licence with access to a car
