Job Description:
We are working in partnership with a leading home care provider in Sheffield who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support. Due to their successes, they have been awarded a new contract with the local authority and are looking for a Registered Manager to assist them in managing the new workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service.
- Ensuring individual needs and organisational priorities are met.
- Leading and developing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Working closely with colleagues and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification.
- Driver's license with access to a car.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus.
