Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to join our client's team in Sheffield. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a domiciliary care service, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support to individuals. You will have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this, and a driver's license with access to a car.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals
- Work in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £39,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus, pension contributions, and career progression opportunities.
