About the Role:

  • This is a full-time office-based position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer sales/service calls, creating quotes, and processing orders using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • They will also provide support to external sales managers, raise purchase orders, and communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and delays.
  • Additionally, the Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for general office administration, including raising VAT invoices and managing customer payments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Support Specialist is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Previous use of Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional approach and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload, use initiative, and work as part of a team.
  • GDPR knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
