About the Role:

As a key member of the Customer Information and Production team, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the progress and execution of various Information projects and initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking and reporting on all Customer Information Projects and initiatives, ensuring timely updates on progress and actions taken.
  • Coordinating project resources as necessary to facilitate the successful implementation of the Customer Information Plan of Action.
  • Delivering daily, weekly, and periodic performance reporting dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Participating in daily performance meetings to provide insights on progress and address any challenges.
  • Offering support to the Customer Information and Production Management team as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret and manipulate raw data, presenting findings in a clear and effective manner.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to compose and present comprehensive progress reports.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with all levels within the organization.

Additional Information:

Applicants requiring a visa must have a minimum of 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment.

Location:

The position is based at a modern Operating Centre and training facility, which serves as a central hub for operations in the region. The facility boasts contemporary office space and technology, along with amenities such as a gym and canteen.

Working Hours:

This role involves an average of 37 hours per week, typically spanning Monday to Friday during standard office hours.
