Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team at Spire Cardiff Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and address the health and wellbeing needs of patients
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Provide complex and sensitive information to patients and their families
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge and practice in cardiology
  • Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas, and work practice within the specialty of cardiology
  • Plan and monitor care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
Requirements:
  • Post-registered qualification in a relevant clinical cardiac specialism
  • Experience in circulating and scrubbing for cardiac cath lab procedures
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and applying clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to challenge consultants and influence evidence-based practice
  • Competence in a range of nursing skills and professional knowledge
  • Trained in MS Office and other relevant packages
  • English language proficiency to IELTS 7.0
