Care Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our patients to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care to patients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
- GCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths.
- Care Certificate.
- 5 GCSE grade 4 or C and above or equivalent.
- Evidence of mandatory and statutory essential training skills, for example, Basic Life Support, manual handling, infection control, fire etc.
- Education and training to NVQ level 3/Work based diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience of working in Health or Social Care Environment delivering personal care.
