About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team at Age UK Group. As a key member of our Partnership Management team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of partnerships to drive income and impact for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire partnership life-cycle, from contract signing to delivery, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and income is accurately recorded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with the mission and priorities of Age UK Group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring that they feel valued and connected to our cause.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective partnership strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure that all partnership activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Fundraising Regulator guidelines, GDPR, VAT, and other legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in securing income and managing partnerships in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strong account management experience, with a proven ability to lead projects and manage project groups.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Experience in managing 7-figure partnerships is highly desirable.
