About the Role

Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Acquisition Manager to join their in-house D2C Performance Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to grow email lists, enhance customer engagement, and boost customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and manage retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value, aligning with business objectives.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns and provide performance insights to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team and performance marketing agencies to brainstorm new creative ideas and ensure alignment across channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices to inform and shape the future strategy and tactics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Experience with performance marketing channels and a strong understanding of customer behavior and value drivers in retention models.
  • Confidence in using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalization, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
