Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance calls under general supervision.
  • Conduct routine tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Complete maintenance tasks and equipment cleaning as required.
  • Assist in the delivery and removal of parts and equipment for service work.
  • Support Service Technicians in servicing HVAC systems.
  • Utilize handheld devices to record information and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch to provide status updates on activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote products and services during customer interactions.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property and tools.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Follow standard procedures to ensure proper vehicle stocking.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
  • Report unsafe conditions or acts to your supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety.
  • Use and maintain personal protective equipment as required.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and report incidents promptly.
  • Comply with all applicable safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant training and experience in HVAC.
  • Possess necessary licensing or certification as required by local regulations.
  • EPA and safety certifications are mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and their operation.
  • Proficient mechanical skills and ability to use necessary tools.
  • Effective communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks in various environmental conditions.
