Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team at Wessex LMCs Ltd. As a key member of our primary care network, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to our population of 9,300 patients.

About the Role

This is a salaried position, and the contract will be the standard BMA model for GPs. You will be part of a supportive team of 3 GP partners, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, practice nurses, PCN Pharmacist, and an in-house pharmacy technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Participate in peer group education sessions and contribute to the development of processes and services within our practice.
  • Collaborate with our extended support team, including social prescribers, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, paramedics, and frailty care teams, to provide seamless care to our patients.
  • Use a digital first triage model, with 70% of patient requests arriving via e-consult, to optimize patient care and workflow.
