The Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
