Your Role:

As our ideal candidate, you will:

  • Bring extensive experience as a Pub Operations Manager, treating your establishment with the same dedication as an owner.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to all stakeholders, including patrons, team members, suppliers, and charitable organizations.
  • Exhibit self-accountability, full financial oversight, and a drive to create a successful pub that serves as a cornerstone of the community.
  • Engage in regular discussions with a supportive Operations Manager who values your insights and encourages innovative ideas to enhance the business.

About You:

You will possess:

  • A proven track record in Pub/Bar Management.
  • A shared enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a love for pubs.
  • Experience in revitalizing business operations and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive atmosphere for guests, staff, and suppliers alike.
  • A commitment to team development through ongoing training and engagement.
  • A strong sense of accountability for your responsibilities.
  • A collaborative spirit, working with marketing teams to promote events and initiatives that attract and retain customers.

While experience in sports and food is not mandatory, it would be a valuable asset.

Your Impact:

As the Pub Operations Manager, you will lead our team to achieve revenue targets and deliver outstanding service, embodying our core values of Authenticity, Boldness, People, Vibrancy, and Sustainability.

  • Competitive base salary of up to £45k.
  • Generous additional earnings through tronc, potentially adding £5k per annum, leading to an OTE of up to £50k.
