Assistant Pub Manager Opportunity

Belle Pubs & Restaurants is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Pub Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our busy pubs in London. As an Assistant Pub Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food and drink quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including stock control and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience in a supervisory or similar role
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
