Assistant Pub Manager Opportunity

Belle Pubs & Restaurants is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Pub Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
