  • Driving sales growth and revenue through effective team management and customer engagement.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to drive business success.
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
