We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at St James Tavern, a vibrant pub and dining establishment in the heart of Greater London.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
