Sales Manager - Luxury Hotel

Location: Central London

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in luxury hospitality sales, demonstrating a robust understanding of the corporate landscape and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Duties:

  • Strategic Market Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at the corporate sectors in Europe and America to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong connections with key corporate clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded through exceptional service.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and oversee the sales pipeline to foster continuous growth.
  • Market Insight: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Travel Responsibilities: Represent the hotel at international trade exhibitions, sales missions, and networking events across Europe and America.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a comparable role within luxury hospitality, with a well-established network of corporate contacts in Europe and America.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the luxury hotel industry and corporate travel dynamics in Europe and America.
