Director of Development and Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Development and Asset Management teams. As Director of Development and Asset Management, you will play a key role in shaping our corporate strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality energy-efficient buildings and communal spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Development Strategy, ensuring the provision of high-quality energy-efficient buildings and communal spaces.
  • Develop and implement the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring value for money and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Development and Asset Management teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver outstanding service to customers and communities.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed financial and strategic judgments.
  • Excellent knowledge of building, construction, and housing regulations, legislation, and current best practice.
  • Significant experience of writing and presenting reports and strategic documents to a Board/Committee.
