Service Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle, providing clear and concise information about estimated costs and timescales.
  • Job Card Management: Produce and update job cards on our in-house computer systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Customer and Vehicle Records: Update customer and vehicle records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service plans and other products, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in using motor dealership database software.
