The Service Advisor is a critical role in our Dealerships, serving as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop. - Product Sales: Actively promote ancillary products to meet targets set by your Manager.
- Upselling: Promote and explain the value of additional work to customers to maximise profit while maintaining trust.
- Data Quality: Accurately collect, manage, and input customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
- 2 years of Customer Service and Telephone experience, preferably in the Motor Industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Outstanding customer focus and influencing skills.
- Competitive salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year.
- Commission pay and performance bonus.

- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
- Driving Licence.
- A-Level or equivalent.
