About the Role
Oxby and Parke Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide ongoing temporary support to our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have previous admin experience and be able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including actioning claims and policies within set SLA's.
- Make outbound calls to breeders, vets, and customers to request information for claims.
- Write correspondence to vets, breeders, and customers to chase outstanding information.
- Undertake routine and exception processes, such as claim indexing and vaccination vouchers, in line with agreed service levels.
- Respond to customer enquiries, ensuring all documentation is professional and correct.
- Handle inbound calls from policy holders, vets, and breeders.
- Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using in-house computer systems.
- Provide exemplary levels of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous admin experience and ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills.
- Proactive attitude to learning new things and a fast learner.
Working Arrangements
This is a temporary contract, full-time, ongoing assignment. You will work day shift, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. The role is mostly remote, with one day (Wednesday) in the Aylesbury office.
Pay and Benefits
You will be paid £11.44 per hour, plus holiday accrual.
