Role Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to advance their careers within our Merchant Solutions division, particularly in the Fulfillment by Amazon sector.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving business growth and optimizing revenue streams within these critical programs. You will also play a key role in executing essential customer experience initiatives by partnering with product and operations teams.

What is Amazon Merchant Solutions?
Amazon Merchant Solutions encompasses all activities related to third-party merchants, offering specialized services designed to foster their development and expansion, including:
  • Marketplace Selling: Enabling other e-commerce businesses to showcase and sell their products on Amazon.
  • Fulfillment by Amazon: A sophisticated fulfillment service where Amazon manages the packing and shipping of products on behalf of other businesses.
  • Seller Fulfilled Prime: A program allowing sellers to deliver Prime products directly from their own facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and convert online merchants that provide competitive product offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Act as an account manager for a select group of high-priority sellers, assisting them in scaling their operations by ensuring they are well-versed in our systems and tools.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate business performance at the EU level, extracting insights to inform our sales strategy.
  • Utilize seller feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement in our products, processes, and tools, all aimed at delivering a superior customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including prior sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, especially at the executive tier.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • A genuine passion for creating an engaging customer experience, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable business and product requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in nurturing relationships and driving growth with existing customers.
  • Background in B2B sales, account management, product management, or management consulting.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is a plus.
