The Service Manager Facilities Management / HVAC will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and remedial works for underfloor air conditioning systems. This will involve managing the engineering resource calendar, ensuring works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the engineering team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and remedial works for underfloor air conditioning systems
  • Manage the engineering resource calendar
  • Ensure works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management
  • Organize and coordinate the activities of the engineering team
