Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Refresco, with occasional travel to various sites and client meetings.
Working Hours: Standard business hours with a hybrid work option available.
Key Responsibilities
As the NPD Product Leader, you will report directly to the NPD Controller and be responsible for guiding a team of specialists in executing NPD and Extended Product Development (EPD) initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the successful launch of new products that align with market demands.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to create tailored product ranges for our clients.
- Lead customer presentations, showcasing innovative NPD concepts that are both commercially viable and operationally feasible.
- Engage actively in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to manage project workloads effectively.
- Support your team in delivering customer-requested products while facilitating their interactions with clients.
- Work closely with Implementation and Customer Technical Support teams to ensure seamless product launches and address any quality concerns.
- Contribute to both internal and external audits, providing insights into NPD processes and practices.
- Assist the optimization team in enhancing the existing product portfolio for improved quality and profitability.
- Partner with the NPD Controller and Brand Managers to establish a strategic pipeline for future product development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to create a development cycle that aligns with the long-term business strategy.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial aspects of NPD, including cost management and production requirements.
- Oversee project management for NPD and EPD initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Directly manage a team of up to five specialists, prioritizing their professional development through regular feedback and performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing teams and projects, with a proven history of delivering successful NPD and EPD initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience in the beverage sector and a track record of collaboration with retailers and brands. A creative and passionate approach to product development is highly valued.
