Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Optimum Recruitment Group Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant - Operations, you will provide administrative services to support the operations team and will also support the administration of the company management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including document control and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with various departments within the organization, including senior management.
  • Provide updates on progress and feedback any issues to senior management.
  • Support the administration of company management systems, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills and maintain a professional telephone manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • General administration experience with knowledge of document control.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and strong IT skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize workloads efficiently.
