Valuation and Listing Opportunity

Westcott Search Limited is seeking an experienced Valuer / Lister to join their team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take the next step in their career with a well-established and respected company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and win business through effective valuation and listing strategies
  • Conduct valuations and agree terms with clients
  • Take high-quality photographs and list properties on various platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Understand client requirements to deliver an efficient service
  • Organize and accompany viewings, and negotiate lets
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the local property market
  • Proven track record of success in valuing and listing lettings properties
  • Fluent in Gujarati language is an advantage, but not essential
  • Passionate about delivering a superb, professional, and friendly service
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Good IT skills and a smart, presentable appearance
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car
  • Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
  • Right to work in the UK
The Offer
  • Basic salary of £25,000
  • Uncapped commission - OTE £45-50k
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided
  • Hours - Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays
