Magnus James, a leading independent lettings agent, is seeking a strong, business-winning Lettings Valuer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market appraisals to identify client needs and align them with suitable service levels.
- Develop a deep understanding of Magnus James' services and products, and seek opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
- Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained before property marketing.
- Take high-quality photos and write accurate descriptions for market listings.
- Undertake property measure-ups in readiness for marketing.
- Maintain an effective client list and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in other tasks as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current lettings legislation and landlord/tenant laws is essential.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
