Training Administrator Opportunity

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to support the smooth running of projects and training initiatives for a globally recognised brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the successful delivery of training projects
  • Book internal and external training courses for all UK employees, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Collect, process and maintain data and documents related to training initiatives
  • Coordinate the creation and processing of purchase orders for training invoices
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on training courses and initiatives
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a training environment or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using SAP is preferred

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.62-£13.62
  • A 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday
