As a Training Administrator at Mammoet Academy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. With a focus on delivering exceptional administrative support, you will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS), booking training courses, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to aid the successful delivery of projects
- Coordinate internal and external training courses for all UK employees
- Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and accurate
- Collect, maintain, and process data and documents
- Process purchase orders for training invoices
- Collaborate with clients to provide advice and guidance on training courses
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative systems and MS Office suite
- Fluent English proficiency, verbal and written
- Experience in a training setting is advantageous
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline
