**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team on a temp to perm basis. As a Training Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of projects and ensuring the success of our training initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative and organizational support to aid the efficient delivery of training programs
* Book internal and external training courses for all UK employees, ensuring timely and effective training
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Learning Management System (LMS)
* Collect, process, and maintain data and documents related to training programs
* Create purchase orders for training invoices, ensuring timely payment
* Liaise with potential clients and provide guidance on training courses, promoting our services
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a training environment, preferably with experience working on SAP
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rate: £12.62-£13.62ph
* 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
