About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our customer application journeys based on customer, partner, and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Anticipate customer needs and market evolutions to provide the squad with a clear product vision.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate daily with stakeholders to gather inputs on short- and long-term plans, including priorities for the next sprints.
  • User Stories and Features: Create user stories and features with the squad and ensure everyone understands what must be delivered and how to do it right and fast.
  • Product Prioritization: Make the cut in product prioritization by ranking stories/ features in the backlog for the next sprints, adopting a value-based prioritization method to cover build, run, and maintenance needs.
  • Testing and Analysis: Test the implementation of stories/ features for the product release, ensuring delivery is viable from a customer acceptance perspective, and analyze product outcomes once released based on customer feedback and business metrics.
  • Agile Values and Principles: Actively participate in the life and ceremonies of the teams you belong to, constantly sharing agile values and principles.

Requirements:

  • Sound Product Owner experience working within Digital.
  • Experience in leading product development.
  • Excellent delivery focus – Ensure we deliver a quality product to market.
  • Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in best practice digital techniques, including a broad understanding of digital CX best practice.
