We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our customer application journeys based on customer, partner, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends to inform product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input on short- and long-term plans, including prioritization of features and user stories.
- Create and prioritize user stories and features with the development team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Make informed decisions on product prioritization, using a value-based approach to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Test and validate product releases to ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction.
- Analyze product outcomes and customer feedback to inform future product development.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the development of our agile values and principles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead product development.
- Excellent delivery focus and ability to ensure timely and effective delivery of high-quality products.
- Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.
- Experience with best practice digital techniques and digital CX best practices.
