Key Responsibilities- Deliver health improvement programs and services to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce health inequalities.
- Work with community groups, organizations, and individuals to develop and implement health improvement initiatives.
- Conduct health checks, provide coaching and support to individuals, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to health improvement.

- Experience in community health work, public health, or a related field.
