Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Support Specialist to join our Sales Team at Pharma Targeting. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Team, working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team, including checking punctuation and grammar on client-facing materials, updating pipelines in Excel and Salesforce, and recording campaign success on trackers.
- Communication: Ensure strong working relationships with internal departments, including Marketing and Operations, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Platform Management: Keep platforms updated with client details and ensure accuracy of end-of-day reports, including pipelines.
Requirements:
- Digitally Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to manage administrative tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a winning attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
