About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Operator to join our team at Spinks, a leading global provider of Technology Solutions. As a Helpdesk Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the internal business and ensuring IT operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues on various hardware applications, including Apple and Windows devices.
  • Deploy, install, maintain, and upgrade IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with various IT departments to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Helpdesk/Support roles.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
