- Ensure the delivery of high-quality informal education opportunities to promote personal and social development
- Nationally recognized JNC qualification for Youth and Community Workers
- Proven experience of line management of staff and performance management
- Ability to use full range of Microsoft Office applications
- Organisation and effective time management skills with proven ability to meet targets
- Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent communication with a wide range of stakeholders
Hertfordshire County Council Services for Young People is the primary provider of youth work, information, advice, and careers guidance, work-related learning, and work experience to young people in Hertfordshire. The Service delivers targeted prevention and early intervention work to ensure that young people get the help they need early and to reduce the necessity for higher cost specialist intervention.
