Dual Diagnosis Recovery Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dual Diagnosis Recovery Specialist, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify individual needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Provide tailored interventions, including cognitive-behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing, and recovery planning, to promote positive change and reduce harm.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and community services to ensure seamless support and address safeguarding concerns.
- Make onward referrals to connect individuals with relevant services and promote ongoing recovery.
As a valued member of our team, you will work flexibly across community and inpatient settings, using an assertive outreach approach to meet individuals where they are. This may involve visiting individuals in various locations, including hospitals, community health services, and supported accommodation.
