Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Bluebolt Recruitment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and production planners to ensure product manufacturing consistency standards.
  • Manage and maintain technical information, including standardization, updating, and issuing technical files and CE/UKCA documentation.
  • Develop and implement machine spares lists in IFS and ensure information sharing.
  • Prepare drawing packs and barcoded labels.
  • Understand and operate PMRP software, and input data as required.
  • Update barcoding systems with project information.
  • Create and update routing templates and routings for new parts.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • IFS PMRP software or similar business system manufacturing support software.
  • Manufacturing, systems, or industrial engineering experience.
  • Machine building or engineering administration experience.
  • Project administration experience.
  • Engineering development systems experience.
  • Quality assurance experience.
  • Manufacturing planning experience.
  • Systematic and goal-driven approach.
  • Ability to break tasks down into step-by-step actions and drive results.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
